Terms Of Use

The Osheen_Oracle (Osheen) is a platform for Online Healing Consultation (OHC) for healing via Tarot card, Reiki, Motivation and counseling.

The present Terms of Use (ToU) is an agreement between Osheen and User of the consultation services for availing the OHC by using any online platform like, facebook, Instagram, whatsapp, twitter, website etc. of the Osheen for a limited time period mentioned in the pacakages of Osheen at https://osheenoracle.com

A user can avail the consultation from the Osheen only on acceptance of these terms of use. The acceptance button has given on the website https://osheenoracle.com/ of the Osheen. Accepting these ToU by you means that you have gone through these terms carefully and have understood the same and on acceptance of these terms, you are bound to these terms described hereunder. Acceptance of these terms of use are not mandatory.

Whereas, it is informed that Osheen is not a medical practitioner. It does not deal in treatment of any physical or mental injury. All the users and visitors of Osheen having physical, mental or psychological issues are suggested to consult the doctors of expertise.

The Osheen neither is a magician nor a priest of any religious institute nor it having any spiritual study, which claims the cure of grief/grievance of any person.

1. Definitions

i. Spell: Online Consultation Time-Period either audio or video, if any availed by you as per the financial terms package calls Spell.
ii. Consent: means the free and volunteered consent given by you to opt the spell
iii. User: A person, who avails OHC from the Osheen
iv. Visitor: a person visiting the website and other social media platforms of the Osheen without availing OHC.
v. Product: means the product provided through the Osheen to the user on his request.
vi. Content: The displayed photos, written material, audio or video recordings, uploaded or live content either audio or video on the website or, social medial platforms of the Osheen
vii. Offending Content: Message, photo, audio or video content, expression, emoji, GIFs, which are abusive, seductive, vulgar, hate remarks, hate speech, raciest, gender discriminative, against the nation’s security, communal, unethical, porn, against a female and against a child.
viii. Gender: The pronoun ‘he’ and its derivatives are used of male, female or any other legal entity.

2. Guarantee or Warranty

i. That the Osheen does not provide any guarantee or warranty on the online consultations availed by the user or on the product purchased/taken by the user from third party though on the suggestions of the Osheen.
ii. Osheen is not responsible for any quality of product or late or damaged delivery of said product as it does not deal in sale of said products. Osheen only provides help to the user to arrange the product, if required to the user from third party.
iii. User is free to buy the product suggested by the Osheen from third party of his choice.
iv. The OHC of Osheen may only work as per the exact process suggested by it, but it does not guarantee/claim 100% success.
v. Online consultations are not always helpful, but the Osheen is making attempt to heal grievance of a user.
vi. The use of consultation differently than suggested may be harmful to the user.
vii. Osheen is not responsible for any wrong commitment, if any made by any of its staff members.
viii. Osheen has no branch, association, franchisee or sister concern, so, the user or visitor is responsible, if he contacts any copy of the Osheen.

So, all the users are suggested and recommended to avail the consultation from the Osheen only after reading and understanding these terms, payment packages and after applying your mind carefully

3. Relationship between Osheen and You

4. Collection of Personal Data

i. In compliance of the law of the land, the Osheen will collect the User’s personal data of a user before receiving the Spell Premium. Said information will be name, address, UID Number, Mobile No. and Email ID.
ii. This data will be retained by Osheen in compliance of the legal instructions, guidelines, rules and regulations made by Govt. of India.
iii. This data will be shared by the Osheen to the court of law OR to the Govt. Investigation Agency on its written instructions within or without the notice of the user.

5. Termination of Spell

i. A user may terminate his spell before availing it or in between by giving a written request to the Osheen on its official email ID Oracleosheen2@gmail.com OR on the online platform, where he has opted for spell, but not at any other place.
ii. On the request of User, post spell retaining period of his personal data will start.
iii. That the money in whole or in part already paid by him will not be refunded.

6. Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs)

6.1.1. Displays on the social media platforms and website of the Osheen during the booking of spells or during spell sessions,
6.1.2. The appearance of the spell session on the side of Osheen Consultant,
6.1.3. The graphics, designs, colors, patterns, sitting and standing postures of the Osheen Consultant,
6.1.4. Logo, name or design and all other copyrights and trade marks of the Osheen.

6.2. Copy or recording of audio, video, displayed or live content of Osheen Consultant is not permissible,
6.3. Clicking the photo or taking screen shot of the displays of the website and social media platforms of the Osheen are also prohibited.
6.4. The terms of present ToU and package plans are also exclusive properties of the Osheen.
6.5. The violators of IPRs of Osheen shall be prosecuted as per the law of the State.

7. Consent

7.2. User also gives his consent that he will not claim any royalty or revenue share from the Osheen on sharing his mobile number and email address to third party ad-agency.
7.3. Osheen has given the spaces/access to the advertisement agency on its applications and at all the platforms, from where the user can view or listen the content of Osheen. Said agencies shall work as per the law of the state. Posting, deleting, hiding the advertisements or promotions of any product or company on the applications, websites and its allied tools or services are not in the control of Osheen. Neither Osheen will be held responsible for the posting of any advertisement on its platforms nor it can be held liable towards the user for posting the same nor will the user take any action or step before any public, private, judicial, Govt. or Semi-Govt. or NGO regarding the posting of any advertisement as stated here.
7.4. Third party ad-agency shall be entirely different and shall have separate working from the Osheen, where the Osheen shall have no control. However, on the complaint of any abusive ad-content, the Osheen shall make endeavor to delete said ad from its platforms.

8. General Terms

i. A User or visitor may visit or avail the spell on after attaining the age of maturity i.e. 18 years.
ii. Availing or non-availing the consultation spells from the Osheen is your sole discretion. Osheen does not offer you to avail spell with it.
iii. Availing the spell/s on reference of another/others is strictly prohibited. User is suggested to avail spell as per his opinion and not at the instance, choice or reference of others.
iv. The spell premium once paid shall not be refunded.
v. User shall be punctual of timing allotted by the Osheen.
vi. Osheen may refund the money to the user on his request, if spell is not done on the given time or in case of given less time than the spell time.
vii. The user copying or recording the content of Osheen shall be prosecuted in the courts of law.
viii. Posting or sharing either by self or by forwarding, any offending comment on the website, or any other platform of the Osheen shall not be tolerated and shall be deleted immediately after coming into the notice of Osheen and the person sharing, posting or forwarding shall be prosecuted.

x. The dispute, if any arises from the present terms or package plans shall be referred to the sole arbitration appointed by the by the Osheen in view of the provisions of Indian law i.e. Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. Place of the Arbitration will be at Mohali-Punjab-India and its fee will be paid by the party raises disputes.
xi. For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, we aim to deliver your order within 3-5 business days
